This extensive background has endowed him with a broad international perspective and a proven track record in implementing successful strategies, particularly in harnessing the potential of cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious financial objectives in high-pressure, results-oriented environments.
Allen’s appointment serves as a testament to Eleqtus’ ambitious vision of becoming a market-defining Enterprise Content Management (ECM) company. By offering a distinctive combination of innovative software solutions and consultative services, the company strives to deliver exceptional value to its clients. With a dedicated workforce of over 60 highly skilled professionals spanning three countries and two continents, Eleqtus already provides expert support in resolving complex challenges associated with clients’ critical business processes. Allen’s contributions will play a crucial role in developing a clear strategy and comprehensive plan to further expand the company’s solutions portfolio, elevate service quality, and extend its geographic reach.
Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Allen’s journey to his current position has been characterized by a diverse range of experiences. Proudly serving in the United States military before embarking on his academic pursuits, Allen’s dedication and intellectual prowess were duly recognized when he graduated with Interdisciplinary Honors as a Schreyer Graduate from Pennsylvania State University. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business from the esteemed Smeal College of Business, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, as well as a Bachelor of Science in German with Magna Cum Laude honors, accompanied by a Minor in International Studies. Since 2001, Allen and his family have made Germany their home, embracing the vibrant culture and flourishing business landscape of the country.
