With a broad management foundation spanning B2B sectors and international markets, Jesper brings both the strategic vision and hands-on expertise that defines how Hoalani operates.

Mike provides financial leadership across Hoalani Group, working diligently to safeguard the company's foundational principles and ensure the success of clients and employees.
He has more than 25 years of experience in various business models and industries. Mike is known for leading strong, diverse teams to support business strategies and objectives by focusing on continuous process improvement.
Lisa Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa serves as Hoalani's Chief Operating Officer, driving the operational infrastructure and human capital strategy that powers the company's global growth. A builder at heart, she has spent the past decade shaping both the systems and the culture that define how Hoalani works.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Lisa brings a rare combination of operational rigor and people-first thinking. She is recognized for assembling high-performing, diverse teams and translating strategic vision into execution.
Nuno Pereira
Country Manager, Portugal
Nuno founded blink-iT Solutions in Portugal in 2013, growing it into a recognized Microsoft Dynamics partner over 11 years before merging into Hoalani Group.
With over twenty years of experience spanning development, consulting, and project management, he continues to lead Hoalani's operations in Portugal with a deep commitment to how ERP projects are delivered and how the people behind them are valued.
